Dr. Bell offered to share the guidance provided tonight with the Mayor and Vice <br /> Mayor for concurrence and then implement the suggested guidance. The City <br /> Council agreed with this approach. <br /> 11. MATTERS OF COUNCIL INTEREST <br /> A. City Council Member Report of Conferences Attended <br /> Council Member Seybert attended the Zoppe Family Circus and noted that <br /> Lucas Wilder, Downtown Event Coordinator, was brought up and recognized <br /> at the end of the show. Mr. Seybert said the son of the main performer told <br /> him that they love Redwood City. <br /> Council Member Pierce said C/CAG has put out a PDA planning grant <br /> program. Dr. Bell confirmed that it was received. <br /> Vice Mayor Gee said the SamTrans codified tariff was approved. He spoke <br /> about the Way to Go pass and how it adds flexibility. <br /> Mayor Aguirre noted that there will be a San Mateo County local shuttle <br /> program workshop on the 23�d at the San Carlos Auditorium. She stated that <br /> she was in Mexico this weekend establishing a Sister City relationship. They <br /> were given the Redwood City logo and the United States flag but Redwood <br /> City does not have a coat of arms. She presented the gifts from the Sister <br /> City and noted they would visit in the beginning of December. <br /> B.
