Historic Landmark Designation and Historic Preservation Agreement <br /> for the Residence located at 1052 Edgewood Road (612) <br /> Recommendation: <br /> Hold a public hearing and adopt a Resolution approving the Historic <br /> Landmark Designation of the Residence located at 1052 Edgewood Road <br /> and approving, and authorizing City Manager to execute a Historic <br /> Preservation Agreement. <br /> A RESOLUTION NO. 15308 OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> REDWOOD CITY DESIGNATING 1052 EDGEWOOD ROAD A HISTORIC <br /> LANDMARK AND APPROVING A HISTORIC PRESERVATION AGREEMENT <br /> Mr. Zack, Downtown Development Coordinator, stated that the owners of 1052 <br /> Edgewood Road have requested that their home be designated a Historic Landmark. <br /> The HRAC (Historic Resources Advisory Committee) and that the Planning Commission <br /> found that this home met the criteria for designation and recommended approval of the <br /> Mills Act Contract. <br /> There was no public comment and no questions or discussion on this item. <br /> M/S Ira/Pierce to adopt the resolution. Motion carried unanimously by voice vote. <br /> B.
