Upon obtaining an acceptable Baseline <br /> Schedule, monthly updates from the Contractor will be reviewed by Consultant to determine <br /> accuracy of the as-built condition and that the remaining portions of work are adequately <br /> planned. If the schedule shows slippage by more than what is allowed by the Contract <br /> Documents, Consultant shall take action to obtain a Recovery Schedule that will bring the <br /> project completion back to the accepted dates and durations.
