The Property sought to be acquired and described herein <br /> is necessary for the proposed Project. <br /> 5 . The offer required by Section 7267 . 2 of the Government <br /> Code has been made to the owner or owners of record. <br /> The Attorney for the City is hereby directed to institute <br /> and conduct to a conclusion an action in eminent domain for the <br /> acquisition of the Property. <br />
