Consultant shall identity work necessary ito prqpare the dxks and barge for the removal of <br /> the barge. Consultant shali also identify poteMially qualifled bidders to whom the RFP can be <br /> distributed. ' <br /> Schedule:Task 1 work shall be completed within fifteen calendar days of approval of this agreement. <br /> Payment:Task 1 shall be paid on a lump sum basis. <br /> Task 2:Solicitation of Bids <br /> Cqnsuitant shall distribute the RFP to qualified contractors as ident�ed through Task 1, or as may <br /> respond to the issuance of the RFP document�.Consultant shall review ali submitted documents and <br /> review fo�compieteness and qualfications. Basec!on review, Consultant shall recommend in writing <br /> to 'the Community Devebpment Director the pi�efeRed coritr�ctor and the terms of agreement. <br /> Consuitant wiil assist the Director in preparatipn of reports to Council for award of contract. <br /> Consultant shali be responsible for assuring that�commended corttractor has completed ali required <br /> contract documents prior to City Council approvai.i <br /> 5chedule: Task 2 work shall cammence immediately upon completion of Task 1 and be cx�mplete <br /> within 45 calendar d8ys. <br /> Payment: Task 2 ahali be pald on a lump sum bs�is. <br /> Taak 3: Pre-construction <br /> Gon�ultant shall, upon ,avvard of aontract for the, proJect, hald a pre�constructbn meeting with the <br /> selected contractor, City, and any other required agency.
