Box 391, City Hall, Redwood City, California; That the nature of the interest or estate of the City of Redwood City in fee and to the real property upon which the aforesaid public work is the replace and install approximately 8,788 linear feet of 6-inch, 8-inch and 15 inch vitrified clay pipe (VCP) sewer main with new 6- inch, 8-inch and 15 inch polyvinylchloride pipe (PVC) and high density polyethylene (HDPE) pipe, 44 sanitary sewer manholes and 194 sanitary sewer laterals That the real property upon which the aforesaid public work is constructed and to which this notice of completion pertains is described as follows: Area roughly bordered by G Street to the north, Industrial Way to the east, Brewster Avenue to the south, and Arguello to the west; and a section of Myrtle Street between Brewster Avenue and and Hopkins Avenue in Redwood City.
