At the option of City either Developer's insurer shali reduce or eliminate the deductibtes or <br /> self-insured retentions with respect to City, iY$ Council, commissions, boards, comanittees, <br /> officers,employees and agents or Developer shall procure a bond guaranteeing payment af losses <br /> and related investigations,claim administration and defense expenses. <br /> 18.3 Concurrently with the execution of ttnis Agreement,Develaper�h�ll furnish City <br /> with certific�tes �nd copies of information or declar�tian pages of the insur�nce required <br /> hereunder and, with resp�ct to evidence of cammercial general li�bility and�utomobile lisbility <br /> insurance coverage,origin�l endnrseinents: <br /> (a) Precluding cancellatio� or reduction in covtr�ge before the <br /> expiration of thirty (3U) d�ys after City shall have received written <br /> notific�tion of cancellatian ar reduction in cover�ge by first cls.ss mail, <br /> po�tage prepaid; <br /> (b) Providing th�t Develaper's insurance sh�ll apply sepa�rately <br /> to each insured against�rhom claim is made or suit is brought,except with <br /> respect to the limits of the insurer's liability(cross liability endorsements); <br /> (c) Naming City, its Council, commissions, boards, <br /> committees,officers,employees and agents as additional insureds;and <br /> (d) Providing that Developer's insuranee shall be primary <br /> insurance relating to Cantractor's work hereunder with respect to City, its <br /> Council, commissions, boards, committees, officers, employees and <br /> Agents, and further providing that �ny insurance or self-insurance <br /> maintained by City for itsel� its Council, commissions, boards, <br /> committees, officers, employees and agents shall not be excess of <br /> Contractor's insw�►ce and shall not be contributory wi�h it.
