Downtown Meter Zone B is hereby established and is described as <br /> follows: <br /> That certain area of the City of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of <br /> California, bounded by the following described line: <br /> Commencing at the point where the centerline of Broadway intersects with the <br /> southwesterly edge of Marshall Street, extending along the northern edge of <br /> Broadway to the eastern edge of Perry Street; extending along the easterly edge <br /> of Perry Street to the intersection with the centerline of Commercial Way; then <br /> crossing Commercial Way and extending along the westerly edge of Perry <br /> Street, from Commercial Way to Broadway; extending along the northerly edge <br /> of Broadway to the easterly edge of El Camino Real; extending along the <br /> easterly edge of El Camino Real to Winklebleck Street; extending along the <br /> southern edge of Winklebleck Street to the easterly edge of California Street; <br /> extending along the easterly edge of the California Street right-of-way to the <br /> centerline of the Southern Pacific Railroad; extending along the centerline of the <br /> Southern Pacific Railroad to the westerly edge of the Maple Street right-of-way; <br /> extending along the westerly edge of Maple Street to the easterly edge of Main <br /> Street right-of way; extending along the easterly edge of the Main Street right-of- <br /> way to the southwesterly edge of Marshall Street; extending along the <br /> southwesterly edge of Marshall Street to the point of commencement. <br /> C.
