Downtown Meter Zone B is hereby established and is described as follows: That certain area of the City of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of California, bounded by the following described line: Commencing at the point where the centerline of Broadway intersects with the southwesterly edge of Marshall Street, extending along the northern edge of Broadway to the eastern edge of Perry Street; extending along the easterly edge of Perry Street to the intersection with the centerline of Commercial Way; then crossing Commercial Way and extending along the westerly edge of Perry Street, from Commercial Way to Broadway; extending along the northerly edge of Broadway to the easterly edge of El Camino Real; extending along the easterly edge of El Camino Real to Winklebleck Street; extending along the southern edge of Winklebleck Street to the easterly edge of California Street; extending along the easterly edge of the California Street right-of-way to the centerline of the Southern Pacific Railroad; extending along the centerline of the Southern Pacific Railroad to the westerly edge of the Maple Street right-of-way; extending along the westerly edge of Maple Street to the easterly edge of Main Street right-of way; extending along the easterly edge of the Main Street right-of- way to the southwesterly edge of Marshall Street; extending along the southwesterly edge of Marshall Street to the point of commencement. C. A map depicting the two Downtown Meter Zones shall be on file at the City Clerk's office. To the extent there are any inconsistencies between the descriptions in this Section and the map on file with the City Clerk, the map shall control. Sec. 20.132 . Under the authority of California Vehicle Code section 22508, meter rate for the Downtown Meter Zone B shall be one dollar ($1.00) per hour, Monday through Saturday, 10 AM to 6 PM, subject to adjustment in accordance with Section 20.133.
