PERMIT ISSUANCE; FEE: <br /> A. The City Manager is hereby authorized to issue parking permits for use in <br /> all publicly owned or operated off-street parking lots and garages as needed to manage <br /> the public parking supply. A current schedule of available parking permits and their <br /> associated rates shall be available at the City Clerk's office.
