7.1.A. - Page 17 <br /> Once we have received the final approval from Caltrans pertaining to the plans within <br /> their right-of-way, Consultant shall prepare final construction drawings, contract <br /> specifications, and a final construction cost estimate (Excel format). These documents <br /> shall be construction ready. Consultant shall submit final plans and specifications, and a <br /> disk with the electronic files, to the City for final review.
