EXHIBIT "A" <br /> SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE <br /> I. Project Description <br /> The project includes improvements to the striping, traffic signals, signage, ramps, curb, gutter <br /> and sidewalks on Hudson Street in Redwood City, CA. The improvements are intended to <br /> upgrade safety along a busy corridor in Redwood City which serves many schools and residential <br /> homes. <br /> 11. Scope of Work <br /> Consultant will provide the same services identified from Task 3 to Task 9 in the initial sub <br /> consultant agreement between Siegfried and TJKM however adding the following areas into the <br /> construction drawings and documents. <br /> 1. One additional ramp on Katherine Avenue (Canceled out by initial scope which <br /> included one ramp on Whipple Avenue) <br /> 2. Two additional ramps on Vera Avenue <br /> 3. Two additional ramps and a roundabout on Madison Avenue <br /> 4.Addition of a raised crosswalk/speed table on Harrison Avenue <br /> 5. Addition of four(4) crosswalks on Hopkins Avenue <br /> 6. Bike lane striping from Jefferson Avenue to Hopkins Avenue <br /> III.
