Contract Appointment <br /> Contract Employee is hereby appointed to the position of INTERIM FINANCE DIRECTOR for <br /> the City and as such shall perform the duties and services more particularly described <br /> in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> 2.
