7.1.D. - Page 11 <br /> EXHIBIT "A" <br /> SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> Task 1 Based on field and available document review, Consultant will assist City <br /> in determining technical reports and design services necessary for the planning and <br /> preparation of plans and specifications for the reconstruction and resurfacing of playing <br /> fields within Red Morton Park. <br /> Task 2. Consultant will review City -prepared RFPs and review consultant <br /> proposals to provide services identified from Task 1. Consultant shall provide a Senior <br /> Project Manager for THREE (3) months at TWENTY (20) hours per week and shall not <br /> exceed TWO-HUNDRED SIXTY (260) hours. <br /> Task 3. Upon selection of and contracting with design consultants, consultant will <br /> develop and manage the schedule required to deliver plans and specifications for <br /> bidding and award of a construction contract. Consultant will provide a Senior Project <br /> Manager for SIX (6) months at TEN (10) hours per week and THREE (3) months at <br /> TWENTY (20) hours per week and shall not exceed FIVE HUNDRED TWENTY (520) <br /> hours. <br /> Task 4. Additional Services. Additional services shall be provided by Consultant <br /> only upon prior written authorization by the Community Development Director.
