Court House Square will be reserved for live musical <br /> entertainment from 11:30 am until 5:00 pm. Various bands will perform in Court <br /> House Square from 12:00 pm until 4:00 pm. <br /> The festival closure shall begin at 3:00 pm on Thursday, July 3, 2014 and continue <br /> through 8:00 pm on Friday, July 4, 2014. This event shall be conducted from 9:00 <br /> am to 5:00 pm on Friday, July 4th. <br /> 6. Insurance: Permittee shall provide the City commercial general liability <br /> insurance coverage for any and all activities permitted hereunder from an <br /> insurance carrier admitted and authorized to do business in the State of California <br /> with a current Best's Key Rating of not less than"A-:V." Coverage shall be in the <br /> amount of$3,000,000 per occurrence and $4,000,000 aggregate, naming the City <br /> and its Council, and their boards, officers, commissions, committees, employees, <br /> volunteers, and agents (collectively, the "City-insureds") as insureds or additional <br /> insureds. If the City-insureds are covered as additional insureds, the Permittee <br /> shall provide endorsements to the policy which shall provide that: (i) said <br /> insurance shall be primary and noncontributory insurance with respect to the City- <br /> insureds, (ii) apply separately to each insured against whom claim is made or suit <br /> is brought, except with respect to the limits of the insured's liability (cross <br /> liability endorsement), and (iii) name the City-insureds as additional insureds. If <br /> Permittee has employees who will participate in the event as employees rather <br /> than volunteers, Permittee shall carry workers' compensation insurance at the <br /> statutory minimum, providing a waiver of subrogation with respect to the City. <br /> Permittee shall furnish evidence of such insurance coverage in a form satisfactory <br /> to the City at least ten (10) days prior to commencement of the event. <br /> 7. Damage to Public Property: Permittee shall reimburse the City for the costs of any <br /> damages to City-owned property in the vicinity of the designated areas, caused by or <br /> arising out of the conducting of the event permitted hereunder, or the acts or <br /> omissions to act of persons participating in said event. All signs or other markings <br /> placed in or upon public property, including the public right-of-way in connection <br /> with said event, shall be removed immediately following said event. <br /> 8. Compliance With Laws: Permittee shall comply with all appropriate and <br /> applicable rules, regulations, and laws in connection with the conducting of said <br /> event or any and all activities associated therewith. This permit shall be in addition <br /> to all other permits that are or may be required for conducting this event, or any <br /> associated activity.
