7.1.G. - Page49 <br /> 5.10 Fair Housing. No owner shall, either directly or indirectly, forbid or restrict the <br /> conveyance, encumbrance, leasing or mortgaging, or occupancy of his Lot to any person of a specified <br /> race, sex, adulthood, marital status, color, religion,ancestry, physical handicap, or national origin. There <br /> shall be no discrimination against any person or persons having children in the sale, lease or rental of any <br /> Lot, services, or other privileges associated with his or her occupancy of a Lot. <br /> 5.11 Binding Arbitration: IN CASE OF ANY CLAIM OR DISPUTE AMONG THE LOT <br /> OWNERS, WHICH CLAIM OR DISPUTE RELATES TO THE RIGHTS AND/OR DUTIES OF THE <br /> PARTIES UNDER THE PROJECT DOCUMENTS THE PROCEDURE SHALL BE AS FOLLOWS: THE <br /> AGGRIEVED PARTY OR PARTIES SHALL NOTIFY THE OTHER PARTY OR PARTIES OF THE <br /> GRIEVANCE, IN WRITING. ALL PARTIES INVOLVED IN THE MATTER SHALL NEGOTIATE IN A <br /> GOOD FAITH ATTEMPT TO AMICABLY RESOLVE THE PROBLEM. IF THE PARTIES ARE UNABLE <br /> TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEM WITHIN A REASONABLE PERIOD OF TIME (NOT TO EXCEED NINETY <br /> (90) DAYS AFTER THE FIRST NOTICE OF CLAIM OR DISPUTE)THE MATTER SHALL BE <br /> SUBMITTED TO BINDING ARBITRATION PURSUANT TO THE RULES OF JAMS, OR SUCH OTHER <br /> ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROVIDER AS THE PARTIES AGREE. THE DECISION OF <br /> THE ARBITRATOR SHALL BE FINAL AND CONCLUSIVE ON THE PARTIES, AND JUDGMENT MAY <br /> BE ENTERED THEREON IN ANY COURT HAVING JURISDICTION, INCLUDING THE AWARD OF <br /> ATTORNEY'S FEES AND COSTS.
