Box 391 <br /> 1017 Middlefield Road <br /> Redwood City, CA 94063 <br /> Per Government Code Section 6103 <br /> No Recordation fee required <br /> Release of <br /> Stormwater Treatment Measures Maintenance Agreement <br /> 50 Chemical Way, Redwood City, Ca 94063 <br /> This Release is made this day of 2014 by the City of Redwood City, a municipal <br /> corporation of the State of California ("City"). <br /> WHEREAS, the City previously entered into an Agreement with the owner of 50 Chemical Way, <br /> Redwood City, California ( "Property"),the terms and conditions of which are contained in the document <br /> entitled "Stormwater Treatment Measures Maintenance Agreement" recorded July 23, 2009 as <br /> Instrument No. 2009-098993 of Official Records ("2009 Agreement"); and <br /> WHEREAS,the County of San Mateo, a political subdivision of the State of California ("County") is <br /> now the owner of the Property and all of the property described in Exhibit "A", and incorporated herein <br /> by reference; and <br /> WHEREAS, the stormwater treatment measures provided in the 2009 Agreement are no longer <br /> required in light of the execution of the Stormwater Treatment Measures Maintenance Agreement — <br /> Maple Street Correction Center, 1300 Maple Street, Redwood City, between the City and County,entered <br /> , 2014;and <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to paragraph 20 of the 2009 Agreement, the City shall execute a release of <br /> the 2009 Agreement at the request of the Property owner in the event the stormwater treatment <br /> measures of the 2009 Agreement are no longer required. <br /> ATTY/AGR/2014.057/RELEASE AGREEMENT 50 CHEMICAL WAY STMMA(COUNTY JAIL) <br /> REV:05-01-14 VR <br /> Page 1 of 6 <br />
