The property consists of a YMCA facility with approximately 23,400 square <br /> feet of building area on a 1.4 acre site. ' <br /> The appraisal will address the current as is fee simple market value of the property. <br /> The appraisal will be sufficient to be used by the City of Redwood City for the purpose of <br /> possible negotiated acquisition of the property. <br /> TIME SCHEDULE <br /> Consultant shall deliver the appraisal report within four weeks of receipt from City of a <br /> Preliminary Title Report. <br /> FEE SCHEDULE <br /> Preparation and delivery of this appraisal report shall be for the flat fee of $5,000 {Five <br /> Thousand Dollars).
