ORAL COMMUNICATIONS <br /> <br />A. Dr. Alex Peros, 1817 Madison Avenue, Redwood City, advised that he and his neighbors <br />presented a petition to the Council last year asking for stop signs at the intersection of <br />Madison and Sapphire Street, and they were still waiting for the signs to be installed.
