DAL:dit x/6/91 (007/10) <br /> • /6/91R <br /> O R I G I N A L 8/26/91 <br /> O R D I N A N C E NO. 1130.277 <br /> ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 2.5.2; ADDING SECTIONS 4.2e, <br /> 5.2e, 6.2d, 8.2e, and 10.2d; DELETING SECTIONS 4.4e, <br /> 5.4e, 6.4d, 8.4f, and 10.4j; AND ADDING ARTICLE 37 TO <br /> ORDINANCE 1130, THE REDWOOD CITY ZONING ORDINANCE, AS <br /> AMENDED, REGARDING ACCESSORY DWELLING UNITS <br /> THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> SECTION 1. Section 2.5.2 of Ordinance No. 1130, of the <br /> Redwood City Zoning ordinance, adopted May 11, 1964, as amended, <br /> to read as follows: <br /> "Section 2.5.2. Accessory Dwelling. An accessory dwelling <br /> is an attached or detached residential unit (secondary <br /> dwelling unit) on the same lot as a primary dwelling unit <br /> which provides complete, independent living facilities for <br /> living, sleeping, eating cooking, and sanitation provided <br /> that it complies with the requirements of Article 37 ". <br /> SECTION 2. Sections 4.2b, 5.2b, 6.2d, 8.2d, 9.2d and 10.2d <br /> are added to Ordinance No. 1130, the Redwood City Zoning <br /> Ordinance, adopted May 11, 1964, as amended, to read as follows: <br /> "Section 4.2b. Accessory Dwelling, subject also to the <br /> definition set forth in Section 2.5.2 and the provisions of <br /> Article 37. <br /> "Section 5.2b. Accessory Dwelling, subject also to the <br /> definition set forth in Section 2.5.2 and the provisions of <br /> Article 37. <br /> "Section 6.2d. Accessory Dwellings, subject also to <br /> the definition set forth in Section 2.5.2 and the provisions <br /> of Article 37. <br />
