� � ��oGINA� <br /> AMENDMENT NO. 2 <br /> TO EXTEND AND AMEND AGREEMENT <br /> FOR <br /> Red Morton Repiacement of Synthetic Turf and Tennis Court Resurfacing Project <br /> (Gilbane Building Company) <br /> Thi Amendmen . 2 is entered into and eifective as of the � day of <br /> , 2Q16, extending and amending the agreement dated May <br /> 19, 2014 e "Agreement") and Amendment No. 1 dated May 4, 2015 ("Amendment") <br /> by and between the City ofi Redwood City, a charter city and municipal corporation of <br /> the State of Califomia ("City"), and Gilbane Building Company, ("Consultant") <br /> (collectively, the "Parties") for the Red Morton Synthetic Turf and Tennis Court <br /> Replacement Project. � <br /> RECITALS <br /> A. On May 19, 2014, the Parties executed the Project Management <br /> Agreement for the Red Morton Replacement of Synthetic Turf and Tennis Courts <br /> Surfacing for a total not to exceed amount of one hundred thirty-eight thousand seven <br /> hundred dollars ($138,700), and; <br /> B. an May 7, 2015, the Parties executed Amendment No. 1 to extend and <br /> amend Agreement in the amount of one hundred ninety-five thousand, seven hundred <br /> and sixty doltars ($195,760}, specifying that the total annual Agreement shall not exceed <br /> three hundred thirty-four thousand four hundred sixty dollars ($334,460) and; <br /> C. The Parties have negotiated and agreed to amendments attached to and <br /> incorporated in by reference as Exhibit"A," Scope of Services and Fee. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of these recitals and the mutual covenants <br /> contained herein, the Parties agree as follows: <br /> 1. That the Agreement, as may have been amended from time to time, is <br /> hereby extended for a period ending on July 1, 2016 and Consu�ant will be paid an <br /> additional not to exceed amount of fifty-four thousand dollars ($54,000) for a total <br /> agreement amount of three hundred eighty-eight thousand four hundred sixty dollars <br /> ($38$,460). <br /> 2. City will pay Consultant for all work associated with those services <br /> described in Exhibit "A" on a time and materials basis not-to-exceed fifty-four thousartd <br /> dollars ($54,OQ0) for a total agreement amount of three hundred eighty-eight thousand <br /> four hundred sixty dollars ($388,460).
