On request,the Port will supply the men needed for the car work only.All <br /> provisions applicable in Item 910 will apply. <br /> SECURIT'Y FEES-SECURIT'Y GUARDS Item No. 905 <br /> United States Government regulations require that trained secutity guards ("Security �``,� <br /> Guards") be posted in the restricted areas encompassing the dock for the entire period duting <br /> which a vessel subject to such tegulations is berthed. <br /> The cost of providing Security Guards is for the account of the vessel's owner(s). These <br /> charges are in addition to all other applicable charges in this Tariff. <br /> Security Guard Fees and an additional administrative fee of ten percent(10%) are due and <br /> payable upon presentation,and payment must be made before the vessel departs the facility <br /> unless the vessel's owner(s) or agent has (have) prearranged terms of payment with the Port <br /> of Redwood City. <br /> SECURITY FEES—CARGO TONNAGE&PASSENGER ASSESSMENT Item No. 906 <br /> Maritime users of Port of Redwood City facilities will be charged a security fee to partially recover <br /> security costs incurred in order to meet US security xequirements. <br /> Per metric ton of international cargo discharged or loaded to or from vessels at <br /> Port facilities----------$0.06 (6¢) <br /> Per cnuse passenger(embarking,disembarking or round trip) ------$133 <br /> These charges are in addirion to all other applicable charges in this Tariff. <br /> Issued by: Port of Redwood City, Michael J.
