USE OF SPUR TRACK FOR LOt1DING OR UNLO�DING Item No. 960 (A) Charges for use of the spur tracks in the Port area will be assessed as follows: (A) When spur tracks axe used by either a lessee of the Port or a shipper of ocean freight far loading or unloading materials on which wharfage will be collected,a charge of�89 64.00 per railcar is assessed for the uutia148 hour period or fraction thereof. The initia148 hour period begins upon arrival of the railcar onto the spur track. If the initia148 hour period has elapsed and the railcar remains on the spur track,an additional charge of$4i 99 43.00 for each subsequent 24 hour period or fraction thereof will be assessed. (B) When spux tracks are used under conditions other than stated in (A) above,a charge of°C1� 117.00 per railcar is assessed per 24 hour period or fraction thereof.The initia124 hour period begins upon arrival of the railcar onto the spur track.
