32.Traffic control for lane closures shall conform to the Work Area Traffic Control <br /> Handbook; street closures require prior submission of traffic control plans to be <br /> approved in advance. <br /> 33.New driveway approaches in any public right-of-way shall be constructed in <br /> accordance with City of Redwood City Engineering Standards, Volumes 1, 2 and <br /> 3 and in a manner approved by the City Engineer pursuant to City ordinance <br /> chapter 29, article Ill. <br /> 34.Failure to comply with any permit condition may result in a "Stop Work' order or <br /> other penalty. <br /> Section 4 .
