This project is a Class 31 categorically exempt project under <br /> the California Environmental Quality Act, as it is limited to maintenance, repair, <br /> stabilization, rehabilitation, restoration, preservation, conservation or reconstruction <br /> of a historic resource in a manner consistent with the Secretary of the Interior's <br /> Standards for the Treatment of Historic Properties with Guidelines for Preserving, <br /> Rehabilitating, Restoring, and Reconstructing Historic Buildings. <br /> Section 3. The Historic Preservation Permit is hereby approved based on <br /> the Planning Commission's consideration and in accordance with the plans, details <br /> and descriptions contained therein, attached hereto and incorporated herein by <br /> reference. <br /> Section 4.
