7.1.C. - Page 3 Attachment 1 <br /> AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO EXTEND AND AMEND AGREEMENT FOR <br /> PROFESSIONAL SERVICES — PARKING CITATION PROCESSING AND <br /> ADJUDICATION <br /> TURBO DATA SYSTEMS, INC. <br /> This Amendment No. 2 is entered into and effective as of the 1 day of July, 2014, <br /> extending and amending the agreement dated July 1, 2006 (the "Agreement") by and <br /> between the City of Redwood City, a charter city and municipal corporation of the State <br /> of California ("City"), and Turbo Data Systems„ ("Consultant") (collectively, the "Parties") <br /> for Parking Citation Processing and Adjudication. <br /> RECITALS <br /> A. On July 1, 2006 the Parties executed an Agreement for Parking Citation <br /> Processing and Adjudication; and <br /> B. On September 21, 2011, the parties executed Amendment No. 1 to Extend <br /> and Amend the Agreement for Parking Citation Processing and Adjudication for a period <br /> of three years ending June 30, 2014; and <br /> C. The Parties have negotiated and agreed to amendments attached to and <br /> incorporated in by reference as Exhibit "A," Scope of Services and Fee. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of these recitals and the mutual covenants <br /> contained herein, the Parties agree as follows: <br /> 1. That the Agreement, as may have been amended from time to time, is <br /> hereby extended for a period of one year ending on June 30, 2015 and Consultant will <br /> be paid a not to exceed amount of sixty thousand dollars ($60,000.00) pursuant to the <br /> Scope of Services and Fees listed on Exhibit A. <br /> 2. Paragraph 2 of the Agreement entitled "TERM" is hereby deleted in its <br /> entirety and replaced with the following: <br /> "2. TERM. This Agreement shall become effective on July 1 , 2006 and <br /> shall expire on June 30, 2015." <br /> 3. All other provisions of the Agreement, as may have been amended from <br /> time to time, will remain in full force and effect. <br /> 4.
