The <br /> new agreements with RCMEA, COA, SEIU are expected to result in a cumulative cost <br /> of approximately $3 million over three fiscal years. These costs are $383,000 below <br /> recent budget projections which included an estimated 3% annual cost of living increase <br /> and no retirement cost-sharing.
