7.1.F. - Page 13 <br /> EXHIBIT "A" <br /> SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> Itemized List of what Consultant will do for City and at what price and schedule. <br /> Task 1 <br /> 1-A: Kickoff Meeting Prepare for and participate in a kickoff meeting with City staff <br /> Consultant Team will tour the City with Staff to become oriented with hillside <br /> development projects in Redwood City. <br /> 1-B: Community Engagement Program Prepare a Community Engagement Program. <br /> The Community Engagement Program will outline topics and estimated dates for <br /> all public meetings and workshops, as well as strategies for noticing, <br /> communication, and development of a project website. <br /> 1-C: Existing Data Review. Consultant shall review existing GIS and other background <br /> data, including ordinances, guidelines, and code sections, that pertain to hillside <br /> development, open space, and view sheds/corridors provided by City. <br /> 1-D: Stakeholder Interviews Prepare for and participate in one day of stakeholder <br /> interviews, coordinated and hosted by City. Issues identified by stakeholders shall <br /> be classified and sorted to identify common themes, shared concerns, organized <br /> by topic, and will be included in the Technical Memoranda described in Task 2. <br /> 1-E: Community Workshop. Consultant shall prepare for and conduct an interactive <br /> workshop to assist in identifying issues and ideas to be addressed with the zoning <br /> code amendment. Issues identified by the community shall be classified and sorted <br /> to identify common themes and included as part of the Technical Memoranda in <br /> Task 2. <br /> 1-F: Project Website. Consultant shall provide information for the City's website, <br /> including text, photographs, maps, renderings, and information to describe the <br /> project and explain the process.
