Conduct a technical review of the City's existing <br /> Planned Development Review regulations and processes and any other applicable <br /> plans, regulations, and local documents. <br /> 2-B: Technical Memoranda (D&B). A short Technical Memoranda will be prepared <br /> describing the purpose of the project, providing a detailed analysis of baseline <br /> conditions, and presenting the primary findings of all background research. The <br /> memoranda will explain the approach to our analysis, and discuss the pros and cons of <br /> the existing regulations. It will identify policy/regulatory `holes' and provide a detailed list <br /> of policy questions that will be a basis for future meetings/workshops. Issues identified <br /> in stakeholder interviews will be included.
