Sidewalk Repair and Tree Program 1995-96, request for Change Order No.1 (304)
REPORT: City Engineer, February 26,1996
In response to Council questions, City Manager Everett said that in this case staff did it
right. He described the sidewalk improvement program's ten-year cycles, and how each
area of the City has different needs which require staff "to average" improvements year to
year. Some year's projects do not require the entire amount set aside for the scheduled
improvements and those funds are rolled over into the next year's project areas.
