Issuing of Equipment <br /> Firefighter Meisenbach distributed the following equipment to the Council Members: <br /> picture identification cards, alpha numeric pagers, bright yellow helmets, and bright <br /> yellow jackets emblazoned with "City Council, Redwood City Fire Department" on the <br /> back. Supervisor Hayter explained the pager use and operations. Firefighter Meisenbach <br /> advised that the pagers would give the Council messages and other information in the <br /> event of a disaster. <br /> Mayor Hartnett advised that he and Vice Mayor Howard were preparing a report with <br /> additional information regarding the City's preparedness training and operations and <br /> would bring it to the Council at a later date. <br /> MEMO 3/5/96 <br /> 5.
