Amend Article 31 (Special Uses) of the Redwood City Zoning <br /> Ordinance to delete Sections 31 .3 (Circuses and Carnivals), 31 . 15 (Auction Houses), <br /> and 31 . 19 (Temporary Fireworks Sales) in their entirety and reserve those sections for <br /> future use . <br /> Section 5. The Planning Commission hereby recommends that the City Council <br /> of the City of Redwood City adopt the Phase 1 b amendments by adopting <br /> Articles 1 (General Provisions), 4 (RH — Residential Hillside District), 5 ( R- 1 — <br /> Residential Single-Family District), 6 ( R-2 — Residential Duplex District), 8 (R-3 — Multi- <br /> Family Low Density District), 9 (R-4 — Multi-Family Medium Density District), 10 ( R-5 — <br /> Multi-Family High Density District), 18 ( IP — Industrial Park District), 20 (TP — Tidal Plain <br /> District), 23 (PF — Public Facilities District), 30 (Off-Street Parking and Loading), 32 <br /> (Supplementary Provisions), and 52 (Planned Community Permit or P District) by <br /> adding the text shown in underline (example) and deleting the text shown in strikeout <br /> (example), as provided in Exhibit A.
