Property owner pays a sewer connection fee of$550.00 to the City. <br /> 2. Property owner pays a sewer facility fee of$960.00 to the City. <br /> 3. Property owner pays a wastewater treatment fee of $2,135.70 to the <br /> City. <br /> 4.
