7.1.D. - Page 5 <br /> 6. Arrival and Set-Up Time. Performers must arrive no later than one hour prior to <br /> performance time on each date specified in Exhibit "A." At least one hour prior to the <br /> time of the first performance of the day, the City shall provide Performers and their <br /> designated representatives' sufficient access to the Place of Performance for set-up <br /> and sound check. <br /> 7. Technical Requirements. The City shall provide the technical requirements as set <br /> forth in the Technical Requirements Rider attached hereto as Exhibit "C" and <br /> incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> 8. Term. Unless earlier terminated, the term of this Agreement will commence upon <br /> the date first above written and shall expire upon completion of performance of the <br /> Performances, or in any event no later than November 30, 2014. <br /> 9. Notice.
