Clifford School Site Location <br /> Clifford School in the Redwood City School District, is located in the County of San Mateo at: <br /> 225 Clifford Avenue <br /> Redwood City, California 94062 <br /> IL The following is a list of District facilities at this location, including parking facilities, <br /> which are covered under this agreement (ie, the District is the "Owner"). Such facilities <br /> are marked on the map at the end of this attachment. <br /> Fields: <br /> 1 Sports field (FIELD) <br /> Inside: <br /> 1 Multipurpose Building (MUB) <br /> I Library Media Center(LIB) <br /> Public use areas: <br /> 2 Playgrounds (PLAY) <br /> 1 Outdoor basketball court (BBALL) <br /> 2 Parking lots (P) <br /> 1 Limited use parking lot (LP) <br /> IV. Special Conditions for facilities at this location that are covered under this <br /> agreement: <br /> Additional Conditions for this facility: <br /> A. Supervision. <br /> For each indoor facility in which activities are scheduled, a Responsible Party representative shall be <br /> designated who is responsible for opening the facility, activity supervision, and closing the facility. The <br /> Responsible Party Representative shall be approved by the Oversight Team and shall be paid by the <br /> Responsible Party. <br /> B. Parking <br /> a. For the limited use parking lot: <br /> i. Both City and District shall ensure that the entry gate to the parking lot is unlocked <br /> during scheduled events to allow public access for the scheduled events. <br /> C.
