COPY <br /> Whereas, it is the intent of the Port that this Board's approval of the <br /> Proposed Improvements include the approval of minor changes or modifications <br /> to the Proposed Improvements, which are consistent with the character, nature <br /> and size, and location of the Proposed Improvements and which shall first be <br /> approved, if at all, by the Port Executive Director in writing. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF PORT COMMISSIONERS OF <br /> THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. The City of Redwood City, by and through its Board of Port <br /> Commissioners, has considered the application filed by Simsmetal and the <br /> character, nature and size and location of the Proposed Improvements and the <br /> benefit of such Proposed Improvements. <br /> 2. Simsmetal shall obtain all necessary permits from the City of <br /> Redwood City and any and all other agencies having jurisdiction of the <br /> installation and construction of the Proposed Improvements (collectively, the <br /> "Permits") <br /> 3. The Port's approval of the Proposed Improvements is subject to <br /> Simsmetal obtaining the Permits. <br /> 4. Copies of the Permits shall be provided to the Port Executive <br /> Director within 10 calendar days after obtaining the Permits. <br /> 5. The City of Redwood City, by and through its Board of Port <br /> Commissioners, hereby approves the proposed Improvements. <br /> 6.
