Exhibit "A" <br /> SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> ON-CALL DOWNTOWN PROJECT CONSTRUCTION COORDINATION <br /> 0.0 GENERAL <br /> PROJECT MANAGER shall be Dolores Montenegro, unless otherwise requested <br /> in writing by Consultant and approved in writing by City through its City Manager, <br /> working with and at the direction of the ASSISTANT CITY MANAGER shall: develop <br /> and implement multiple project/construction communication protocols to ensure all team <br /> members from City's approved projects communicate effectively and all relevant <br /> information and outcomes are communicated to REDWOOD CITY and interested <br /> stakeholders in a timely manner; receive and respond to issues or concerns raised by <br /> businesses and residents most directly affected by on-going construction effort, prepare <br /> status reports or updates to ASSISTANT CITY MANAGER; support City staff at <br /> meetings with community/stakeholders. PROJECT MANAGER working with <br /> ASSISTANT CITY MANAGER and City staff shall participate in and facilitate public <br /> outreach strategies and identify community/stakeholder sensitivities and challenges; <br /> and manage stakeholders' expectations and communication. <br /> 0.1 The performance of all services by PROJECT MANAGER shall be to the <br /> satisfaction of the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY. <br /> 0.2 All of the services to be furnished by the PROJECT MANAGER under this <br /> AGREEMENT from the inception of the AGREEMENT until termination of <br /> the AGREEMENT shall meet the professional standards and quality which <br /> prevail among project and construction management consultants of similar <br /> knowledge and skill engaged in similar work throughout California under <br /> the same or similar circumstances. All services pertormed by PROJECT <br /> MANAGER shall be in compliance with all applicable federal, state and <br /> local codes, rules and regulations which are in force at the time such <br /> services are rendered. <br /> 0.3 PROJECT MANAGER shall coordinate all services with and <br /> communications befinreen the ASSISTANT CITY MANAGER, community <br /> stakeholders and City staff, as required or directed by ASSISTANT CITY <br /> MANAGER. <br /> 0.4 PROJECT MANAGER shall schedule and attend meetings, as necessary, <br /> or as directed by ASSISTANT CITY MANAGER, in order to complete all <br /> services to the satisfaction of The City of Redwood City. <br /> ATTY/AGR/2014.077NANIR CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT <br /> REV:06-02-14 VR <br /> Page 9 of 10 <br />
