AGREEMENT FOR SERVICE BETWEEN <br /> THE REDWOOD CITY SCHOOL DISTRICT AND <br /> THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> This agreement is made as of this day of June 11,2014 by and between the Redwood City <br /> School District("RCSD")and THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY ("CONTRACTOR")to <br /> provide services. <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,THE PARTIES AGREE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. SERVICES <br /> Upon the terms and conditions set out below, the CONTRACTOR agrees to provide <br /> support services for Hawes school. <br /> A. Scope of Services <br /> The CONTRACTOR agrees to provide support by assigning Scott Rodriguez to assist as <br /> a Community School Coordinator for Hawes School. <br /> 2. USE OF SUBCONTRACTORS <br /> CONTRACTOR shall not assign this Agreement or any portion thereof to a third party <br /> without the prior written consent of RCSD. <br /> 3. LICENSES AND PERMITS <br /> CONTRACTOR shall obtain and keep in force all licenses, permits, and certificates <br /> necessary for the performance of this Agreement. <br /> 4. INSURANCE <br /> CONTRACTOR understands the RCSD does not provide liability, malpractice, or <br /> workers compensation insurance for the CONTRACTOR. The CONTRACTOR is <br /> responsible for the maintenance of personal and professional insurance to provide <br /> protection for any claims arising out of service under this agreement. The <br /> CONTRACTOR assumes all liability for services provided under this contract. The <br /> CONTRACTOR will provide proof of insurance and will identify RCSD as an additional <br /> insured. <br /> 5. WAIVER <br /> No delay or omission by either party in exercising any right under this Agreement shall <br /> operate as a waiver of that or any other right or prevent a similar subsequent act from <br /> constituting a violation of the Agreement. <br /> 1Q6i. 1/146/Redwood City School Districrtage 1 of 3 <br />
