, <br /> , <br /> , <br /> QRiGIN�L <br /> AGREEMENT <br /> INNVISION SHELTER NETWORK <br /> (Redwood Family House) <br /> THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this I day of <br /> _ 014, by and between the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a charter <br /> city and municipal corporation of the State of California ("City") and INNVISION <br /> SHELTER NETUVORK , a California nonprofit organization ("Contractor"; <br /> collectively the "Parties"). <br /> WITNESSETH: <br /> WHEREAS, Contractor provides certain services through programs, <br /> including the program described in Exhibits "A" ("Program & Quantitative Goals"), <br /> and "B" ("Program Budget"), attached hereto and made a part hereof; and <br /> WHEREAS, Contractor has requested financial assistance in order to <br /> conduct the program described in Exhibit A for residents of City during the fiscal <br /> year commencing July 1, 2014, and ending June 30, 2015 (the "Fiscal Year"); <br /> and <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the Parties hereby agree as follows: <br /> 1. FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE. City will allocate to Contractor the sum <br /> of Twenty Two Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty and No/100 Dollars ($22,750) for <br /> exclusive use by Contractor during the fiscal year commencing July 1, 2014, and <br /> ending June 30, 2015, solely for the purposes described in Paragraph 2. <br /> 2. USE OF FUNDS. Contractor will use the funds provided pursuant to <br /> Paragraph 1 solely for the Project objectives described in Exhibit A and Exhibit B, <br /> attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein. <br /> 3. CHANGES TO PROJECT.
