On October 14, 2009, the Regional Water Quality Control Boarci� San <br /> francisco Bay Region, adopted Ordef R2-2009-0074, amending the San Mateo <br /> Countywide NPDES Munidpal Stormwater Permit (Order 99-059, CAS�29921) (the <br /> "NPDES Permit"); and <br /> B. Provision C,3. of the NPDES Perm�t,-as it may be amended or reissued from <br /> #ime to time, requires the permittee public agencies to provide minimum verificafion and <br /> access assurances that ail #reatment measures shall be adequately aperated and <br /> maintained by ent�ties responsible for the stom�►water treatmen#measures; and <br /> C. The Property Owner is the owner of real property oommonly known as Rossi <br /> f�ane, Lot 2, Redwood City� CA 94�3 (the "Property"), as more particularly described in <br /> Exhibit"A°, attached hereto and incorpo�ted herein by this reference;and <br /> D. Attached hereto as Exhibit"B", and incorporated herein by this reference, <br /> is a legible reduced-scale copy of the site plan showing the stormwater treatment <br /> measures that are to be located or to be constructed on the Property, hereinafter <br /> refeRed to as the "Site Plan"; and <br /> E. Attached hereto as Exhibit "C" and incorporated herein by this reference, <br /> is an "Inspec#ion and Maintenance Checklist" which describes the Property 4wner's <br /> maintenance activities to be performed pursuant to this Agreement; and <br /> F.
