MINUTE ORDER <br /> JOINT CITY COUNCIL/ <br /> SUCCESSOR AGENCY BOARD <br /> MEETING <br /> March 23, 2015 <br /> MO. 15-038 <br /> CITY CLERK DEPARTMENT <br /> Redwood City <br /> Date: March 24, 2015 <br /> Attention: City Attorney <br /> City Manager <br /> **hard copy available upon request** <br /> SUBJECT: Community Benefits - Partnership Redwood City <br /> AGENDA ITEM: 9 A(613) <br /> Meeting of the Joint City Council/Successor Agency Board/Public Financing Authority of Redwood <br /> City on March 23, 2015. <br /> Present: Council Members Bain, Howard, Pierce, Seybert, Vice Mayor Foust, and Mayor <br /> Gee <br /> Absent: Council Member Aguirre <br /> M/S Seybert/Howard to by motion: <br /> Direct staff to prepare a final framework for a Community Benefits Program. <br /> While Council is aware of possible future economic constraints, the consensus was to direct staff to <br /> prepare the final framework for PartnershipRWC (a Community Benefits Program) including these <br /> components: new fees, onsite community improvements and a community fund. Staff should <br /> proceed with nexus fee studies related to affordable housing, parks, transportation, and contact the <br /> School District about school impact fees.
