A fully executed original copy of the agreement is enclosed for your records. <br /> Consistent with the CTC Financial Guidelines,the work approved by the <br /> Commission under the Agreement should be completed, and eligible expenses reimbursed, <br /> by June 30, 1998. Every effort should be made to complete the project and request <br /> reimbursement prior to June 30, 1998.
