A (304) <br />City Council Meeting of the City of Redwood City on June 7, 2004. <br />Present: Council Member Bain, Foust, Hartnett, Howard, Ruskin, Vice Mayor Pierce and <br />Mayor Ira <br />Absent: None <br />The following motion was made, carried and entered on the Minutes <br />M/S Hartnett/Bain To Introduce an Ordinance approving the Precise Plan for the Marina <br />Shores Village (Attachment 5 of the May 24, 2004, staff report). <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />ADOPTING THE MARINA SHORES VILLAGE PRECISE PLAN and <br />6. Incorporate staff's proposed wording in the Precise Plan regarding: <br />a. Notification to future Marina Shores Village residents about the adjacent Bair Island <br />Refuge and surrounding open space (Attachment A). <br />b. Requirements for Avigation Easements (Attachment A). <br />c. Recommendations outlined in the letter from the City/County Association of <br />Governments (C/CAG) regarding the Airport Land Use Plan and incorporate them in the <br />Precise Plan (Attachment A). <br />----.------ <br />
