<br /> ORIGINAL <br /> AGREEMENT <br /> FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES <br /> LYNX TECHNOLOGIES <br /> THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this 5!!: day of <br /> ]V ~-Oe~JBI) ,2003, by and between the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a charter <br /> city and municipal corporation of the State of California ("City"), and Lynx Technologies <br /> ("Consultant"). <br /> WITNESSETH: <br /> WHEREAS, City proposes to develop the street light infrastructure Geographic <br /> Information System (GIS) data in the City of Redwood City (the "Project"); and <br /> WHEREAS, in connection with the Project, the City requires professional field <br /> inventory and utility network GIS data development services; and <br /> WHEREAS, Consultant represents that it possesses the experience, and is <br /> qualified to perform the aforesaid services for the Project. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereto agree as follows: <br /> 1. CONSULTANT'S SERVICES. Consultant shall perform field data collection, <br /> develop the data to fit the City's existing parcel map and GIS baseline, construct data <br /> including annotation features for the street lighting system, produce the data in ArcView <br /> software, and related services described in Exhibit "A" hereof, attached hereto and by <br /> this reference incorporated herein. <br /> 2. COM PENSA TION: EXPENSES: PAYMENT.
