Approve the contract documents and award the standard form construction <br /> contract (Section 00520) for the 2014-2015 Asphalt Rubber Chip Seal and Spot <br /> Repair Project to American Pavement Systems, Inc. of Modesto for their <br /> responsive and responsible low bid of $1,074,158.95 and authorize the City <br /> Manager to increase the contract amount, if necessary, up to 10% of the original <br /> contract amount. <br /> 2.
