No. 19 <br /> AGENDA ITEM: 7.1 F (304) <br /> Meeting of the Joint City Council/Successor Agency Board/Public Financing Authority of <br /> Redwood City on July 27, 2015. <br /> Present: Council Members Aguirre, Bain, Howard, Pierce, Seybert, Vice Mayor Foust, and <br /> Mayor Gee. <br /> M/S Pierce/Seybert by motion, approve the contract documents and award the standard <br /> form construction contract 00520 for the Sanitary Sewer Pump Station Improvements <br /> Project-Marina P.S., P.S. No. 17 and P.S. No. 19 to the lowest responsible bidder, Casey <br /> Construction, Inc. of Emerald Hills for their low bid of $1,198,500.00 and authorize the City <br /> Manager to execute the contract and increase the contract amount, if necessary, up to 10% <br /> of the amount awarded, not to exceed $1,318,350.00 and confirm determination that the <br /> project is exempt and meets California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) exemption <br /> criteria as set forth in Section 15301 (Existing Facilities) and Section 15302 (Replacement <br /> or Reconstruction) of the CEQA Regulations. <br /> Motion carries unanimously by electronic vote. <br /> I�A m�k�,� <br /> Silvia Vonderlinden <br /> Municipal City Clerk <br />
