This agenda item was taken out of order at this time. <br /> Proclamations Honoring Chris Crary and Victor Niebylski, true Redwood City heroes <br /> (207); <br /> Mayor Hartnett read the proclamations describing how Chris and Victor saved the lives <br /> of Victor and Joharma Marinc whose car ended up in Redwood City's docktown sluice <br /> during last January's rain storms. Chris Crary, Victor NiebyIski and Mr. and Mrs. Marinc <br /> all agreed that they were "glad to be here."
