District Assessment Roll, 1996-97 (510) <br /> I) Open public hearing; <br /> Mayor Hartnett declared the hearing open at 7: II p.m. <br /> 2) Present affidavit of publication of Notice of Hearing; <br /> City Clerk Jorgenson presented the affidavit of publication of notice of hearing. <br /> 3) All appeal applications must be received by September 15, 1996. The appeal hearing <br /> will be held on December 9, 1996 at 6:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible. <br />
