The sum of Nine Thousand Dollars ($9,000.00) <br /> is hereby appropriated from the Sales Tax Capital Expenditure <br /> Fund for the purpose of constructing and installing a rest room <br /> in Community Park, for expenditure during the fiscal year July l, <br /> 1962 - June 30, 1963, and shall be in addition to all sums here- <br /> tofore appropriated for such purposes during the fiscal year <br /> July 1, 1962 - June 30, 1963. <br /> SECTION 2.
