ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE �UM OF $10,000 FROM THE WATER FUND, THE �UM OF $10,000 FROM THE 1958 SEWER BOND CONSTRUCTION FUND, AND $9,500 FROM THE SALES TAX CAPITAI, EXPENDITURE FUND FOR THE PU12PO�E OF AC- QUIRING A STUDY OF THE WATE12, SEWER AND DRAINAGE NEED� OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY; AND CANCELING THE SUM OF $12,000 HERETOFORE APPROPRIATED FROM THE WATER FUND FOR THE BREWSTER 12ESERVOIR FENCE WI�REAS, there has been presented to this Council a proposal for the obtaining of a joint survey and study of the water, sanitary sewer and storm drainage systems and needs of the City of Redwood City, and W�REAS, the total cost of such study and survey will be $29, �00, of which approximately 38 per cent represents the water study, 38 per cent represents the sanitary sewer study and 24 per cent represents the storm drainage study; NOW, THEREFORE; TI3E COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOW�: SECTION 1. The sum of Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000) is hereby appropriated from the Wa�er Fund for the acquisition of that portion of the proposed study and survey which relates to the City water system, for expenditure during the fiscal year July 1, 1962 - June 30, 1963. The appropriation heretofore made in the 1962 - 1963 Budget appropriating the sum of �'welve �,housand r, Dollars ($12,000) for the construction of the Brewster Resei�!voir fence is hereby canceled. SECTION 2. The sum of Ten Thousand Dollars ($1Or000) is 1958 hereby appropriated from the,Sewer Bond Construction Fund for the acquisition of that portion of the proposed study and surve� which relates to improvements, modification and enlargement of the City sanitary sewerage disposal system, for expenditure during the fiscal year July 1, 1962 - June 30, 1963.
