On October 14, 2�9, the Regional Water Quality Control Bo�rd, Sen <br /> Francisoo Bay Region, adopted Order R2-2009-0074� amending the San Mateo <br /> County�ride NPDES Muniapai Stormwater Permit (Order 99-059, CAS0029921) (the <br /> ' "NPDES Permit"); and <br /> B. Provision C.3. of the NPDES Permit, as it may be amended or reissued from <br /> I time to time, requires the permittee public agencies to provide mi�imum verification and <br /> access assurances that ali treatment measures shall be adequately operated and <br /> maintained by entities responsible for the stormwater treatment measures; and <br /> C. The Property Owner is the owner of real property oommonly known as 3636 <br /> Florence St� Redwood City, CA 94�3 (the "Property"), as more particularly described in <br /> Exhibi#"A", attached hereto and inoorporated herein by this refer�nce; and <br /> D. Attached hereto es Exhibit "B", and incorpor�ated herein by this reference, <br /> is a legible reduced-scale copy of #he site p�an showing the stormwater tr�atment <br /> measures that are to be located or to be constructed on the Property� hereinafter <br /> referred to as the "Site P1an"; and <br /> E. Attached hereto as Enh�bit "C" and incorporated herein by this reference� <br /> is an "Inspection �nd Maintenance Checkiist" wh�ch describes the Property Owner's <br /> maintenance activities to be performed pursuant to th�s Agreement; and <br /> •F.
